Southwell Freshers has birthed two other community groups locally in the Southwell area.
Our heart is to offer hospitality to newcomers to the Church and to nurture new Christians.
We meet on Tuesday evenings from 8-10pm. Once a month we hold a newcomers dinner to welcome
new people to our Church. Our meetings are very informal and have a relational focus beginning
with a welcome cuppa!
We love God and make Him central to all we do through worship, prayer and applying the Bible to our
day-to-day lives.
We love each other by supporting one another, practically, emotionally and spiritually. We love our
neighbour by actively seeking to welcome and develop friendships with newcomers to the Church,
offering hospitality by inviting them for a newcomers meal and introducing them to others within
church.
