Access Youth Group will be holding a weekend away at Stathern Lodge this November. Stathern Lodge is a secluded set of buildings approximately 15 minutes outside of Bingham. (Address) The event will be run by Access Youth Group Leaders, Access Youth Group is a part of Riverside Church. All accommodation, food/drink and entertainment is included in the cost. Transport to and from Stathern Lodge is not provided - you will need to arrange that yourself. We will start at 18:00 on the Friday and finish at 15:00 on the Sunday.

We’re offering an incentive for Youth Group members to bring their friends along. The standard price is £40, however if you bring along a friend (who has not been to Stathern lodge before) both you and your friend will pay only £25. Any additional friends will also pay only £25. All children, including siblings, will require their own booking form. Unfortunately this can not apply to members of other church youth groups as this is discounted by Riverside Church.

Medical forms will also be required for each child (unless we already have their medical information - ask one of the Access leaders if you are not sure). The event is open to all young people aged between 11 and 18 (school years 7-13).

Photography and videography will take place over the weekend and images captured may be used for publicity purposes.

This time we will be supporting the Samaritan’s project Operation Christmas Child. During the weekend we will be preparing the Christmas boxes, and you can support this project by donating £10 in addition to your payment for the weekend. Your £10 will go towards the costs of filling and shipping one box. You can read more about the project on the Samaritan’s website*.

Please note that this event is instead of our usual Friday night youth group.
